Replace and refund policies

We want to assure you that we will process refunds in the following cases:

If the wrong item/size/address was sent (different from the shipping address provided before) or if there is an obvious manufacturing defect.
If the size (dimension) received is completely different from the size chart published on our website.
If there are significant differences in colors (e.g., buyer orders blue but receives a red one), or if there are broken mugs, etc.
If the packet is lost during shipment.
If tracking has no new updates within 20 business days.
If the delivery time exceeds 25 business days for standard shipping or 15 business days for express shipping.
In general, we will carefully consider all cases to provide the best possible solution.

*Please note: Resending orders will be processed using the original shipping method chosen by sellers at the beginning.
