ALL SALES ARE FINAL NO REFUNDS. We will exchange size or style only, and it must be within 10 days of your delivery date. The items must still have all the original tags in place and must not have been worn, or laundered. In order to do an exchange you will need to first call or email us to obtain a Return Authorization Number. This Number must be clearly written on the front of the package you return to us, otherwise we cannot accept it. Note – We must receive the item you are exchanging within 10 days of the time we issued you the return authorization number, after the 10 days the return authorization will be void. Once we receive your return we will first determine that it has been sent back to us in the same perfect condition in which it was shipped to you. Return shipping charges will be billed to your credit card. The ladies of TRS are here to help because we know how important fit is. Some fits vary depending on cut/style/fabric.
